This paper introduces the Multinational Security and Prosperity Theory (MSPT), a human-centered geopolitical and economic cooperation framework designed to address 21st-century global crises including food insecurity, climate instability, technological inequality, economic exploitation, and declining international trust. MSPT proposes an equity-based, voluntary, and accountable model of multinational cooperation founded upon shared security, shared prosperity, capacity-adjusted responsibility, and mutual dignity.
Unlike traditional military alliances or purely profit-driven economic blocs, MSPT integrates humanitarian security, sustainable development, digital equity, environmental stewardship, and cooperative multipolarity into a unified framework. The theory introduces several original conceptual tools including the 5C Pyramid Framework, 7D Universal Framework, Contribution Diversity Principle, and Global Commons Equity Doctrine.
The paper further proposes a practical regional pilot initiative—the Bay of Bengal Pilot (BBP)—as an experimental implementation model. MSPT argues that long-term global stability cannot be sustained through domination-based geopolitics alone, but through equitable cooperation, strategic trust-building, and shared human welfare.
