    We are all known to the word of cost cutting and human rights in the corporate world. What’s kind of cost cutting practicing has started in the corporate culture!

Branding & Advertising :

Branding & Advertising is possible 100% successfully with Minimum cost throw All kinds of vehicles of this company. Visible facts are every employees are starting the early morning to reach the office & come back to their home after office by personal, public or Local Transport services. 

Where is the companies & Personal Image & status, value of employees daily life is going with uncertainty, accident & lost the most important equipment and part & parcel of human body. If you compare the advertising by companies own vehicles 24/7 every moments caring the real & truth status of this company is better than all other advertising media which has shown with screen a limited timeframe. Total brand & advertising cost will very low & long lasting and successive rate will be high.

Transportation service:

Transportation service has shut down for reducing transport cost but in the risk of employee daily life to reaching office to home and go back home to office in general. Every Employee or workers are all doing job for financial security and increasing the GDP (Gross Domestic Production) & NI (National Income). We are falling in danger; no reaching the work stations but return home as a dead or a dangerously injured body. 

Trying for all kinds of safety for ABC company but they are getting return risk & injuries from corporate world. Where the end of companies cost cutting! Sometimes seem to be like that Cost cutting is not only cost cutting but also cutting the employees human rights. When the companies profit lower to lowest then company tries to reduce their expenses. It’s meaning that unfortunately the scissors will be run on to the employee’s basic needs!

Firstly : Safety

Every company should be manage their manpower’s safety from landing workstations to safety back home or refresher for the next working days .Is it right ? Available transportations’ system close for saving expenditure of company.

Second: Friendly working environment:

 For doing job economically Management have to ensure all basic needs like stationaries, consumable goods, commodities & Printing components. Now a days some companies water supplying stopped for cost cutting! How they will hope, bring or find out the best productivity from employees.

 It’s totally out of imaginary incident in the whole corporate and social life. Some company’s employee drives their operational activities without drinking water as their standard!

Third: Profit Maximization & Loss Minimization:

    Employees have to memorize always companies profit & losses depend on all employees activities. Need the responsive working environment for doing their regular & urgent job within KPI with 100% QC pass. 

 Their Basic Needs & Necessity of Digital accessories, Communicative media, Office Stationeries, Consumable Goods & Commodities, Electronic Uses Facts & elements, Crockeries, Furniture’s & Latest or ultra-modern scope & opportunities availability.

Fourth: Jobs allocations & Return top to bottom judiciously:

  Some observations getting from any company any time; more active & hard worker employee has deprived to get deserved recognition, increment & promotions for Dummy Top Management (DTM) who are more powerful than Real Top Management (RTM). Somebody works continuously and somebody works not referable according to his or her positions and return.

Fifth: “The best Court is your own Justice”:

  Every employee must be ensured their Working Time, Leisure, Companies Assets, Office stationery using proper and rationally. There is no scope for waste anything like a drop of water or a single page. 

Everybody Should have Consciousness for companies Profit maximization’s & Loss or cost minimization surrounding your working area or sections. Al last, ALLAH knows everything about Employee & Employers’ give & takes.

প্রেমের ভালবাসা

"প্রেমের" নিদহীন বেলা যায়রে কতো,

নেইকো হিসাব তার,

খাবার দাবার কখন, কেবা, 

খাবে কোন কাল।

মন মুকুরে ধ্যানের ছবি, 

কী যে পাগলকরা!

কথা বুঝি অমীয় সুধা, 

নাইরে ক্ষুধা -তৃষা।

দূর জানালায়, পথে পথে, 

খুঁজছে কী না কথার ছলে!

কাজের কথা বলে বলে,

কোন পাঁথারে খুঁজে চলে।

আকাশ বাতাস, চাঁদ সেতারা,

কোকিল বিজন বনে,

মনের কথা বলছে নিতুই,

নিতে প্রিয়জনে।

ফিরে ফিরে, বারে বারে,

পথ চলিছে শত,

ভালবাসার শুনবে কথা,

চাতক পাখির মত।

প্রথম যেদিন দৃষ্টি পড়ে,

মুক্তাখানার 'পরে;

সেদিন থেকে শপথ নিলাম,

দেহ-মনের জোড়ে।

ভালবাসার স্বর্গ আমার,

জীবন-মরণ পণে,

রাখবো পুতঃপবিত্র তা'

নেবো হালাল করে।

ভালোবাসা! সস্তাদরে,

বস্তাভরা নোংড়ামি?

আবেগ যেনো লাগামহীন,

হীন, নীচের নষ্টামি?

কেমন করে আশা করো,

ভালবাসার সুফল!

শান্তিধারা আনবে বয়ে,

করবে জগত উজল।

দুজন হতেই বংশ নদী,

ছুটবে নিশিদিন,

চাও কী কভু, তারা সবাই,

করতে সবি মলিন!

তাই বলে যাই, চলো সবাই,

সত্যিই ভালবাসি,

খোদার দেয়া বিধান মানি,

ধূলায় স্বর্গ রচি।

ঠগ -প্রতারক, মিথ্যা প্রেমিক,

কুলাংগারদের পেলে,

আঁগাছাদের করবে উচ্ছেদ,

সবাই মিশে-মিলে।
